The exceptional performance of the new E55 net weigh scale from Premier Tech Systems has raised the industry standard to a higher level.  This was made possible by combining the experience we acquired from our worldwide sales of thousands of E55 scales and our constant desire to develop innovative technologies. The new loadcell arrangement, the new optimized weighing bucket geometry and our improved state-of-the-art SpeedAC weigh controller now make it possible to reach impressive speeds of up to 45 BPM* in simplex configuration.  The E55 can also provide extremely accurate weighing of less than ± 1/3 oz (10 g) @ 2 sigma* with free-flowing product. 
 
This greater accuracy results in less give-away product and more profit! Like the previous version, the new E55 still features a simple, rugged design that ensures years of accurate and trouble-free operation.  A complete range of feeders is offered to work with the new E55 in order to suit every type of product. The VF-2000 Series Volumetric Feeder is a heavy-duty belt system designed to feed the FFS Series and PT IEG-1000 Series baggers with hard-to-handle products such as mulch, bark, compost, and soils. The combination of the dual speed conveyor and vertically adjustable levelling device allows for really fast bagging rates at great accuracy for a wide range of bag sizes. Moreover, control is integrated into the bagger control panel to allow optimal efficiency. The VF-2000 Series Volumetric Feeder can reach capacities of up to 35 BPM.

The VF-5000 Volumetric Feeder is a heavy-duty system specially designed for handling aggregate products (such as sand, pea gravel, marble chips, and lava rocks) and feeding them to the FFS Series Horizontal Form-Fill-Seal baggers. Made of abrasion-resistant steel and equipped with a vibrating unit that provides a highly efficient product flow, this low-maintenance equipment is suitable for very difficult environments and provides great filling accuracy at high production rates. The VF-5000 Volumetric Feeder can reach capacities of up to 30 BPM.

The VF Series Manual Bagger (by volume) is a heavy-duty belt system designed to handle organic products (such as mulch, bark, peat moss, compost, and soils) or aggregates (such as coal, crushed stones, decorative stones, gravel, and sand). It consists of a manual foot-controlled bag holding system (with different bag sizes available) and a Volumetric Feeder (VF-2000 model for organic products and VF-5000 model for aggregates). This manual system is easy to upgrade to an automatic bagging system, and it can reach capacities of up to 20 BPM depending on product characteristics and bag sizes.

The GE55-S18 Manual Bagger (by weight – gross) is an electronic gross weigher designed to meet international standards and achieve high accuracy and reliability. Its simple construction and sturdy design ensure a safe and accurate operation, and it uses an advanced weight controller (SpeedAC NXT). The E55 Manual Baggers (by weight – net or gross) are designed to operate in a wide range of applications such as human food, pet food, feed, seeds, chemicals, salt, aggregates, etc. In order to accommodate these various products, the system comes with five possibilities of feeding devices (gravity, gravity-vibratory, belt, screw, and vibratory feeders).

The FFS Series Horizontal Form-Fill-Seal Baggers are fully automatic systems that make their own bags from rolls of pre-printed, center-folded polyethylene film (U film). They are intended to package a wide range of loose-fill materials such as animal feed, bark, cat litter, coal, compost, concrete mix, crushed stone, fertilizer, mulch, peat moss mixes, pet food, plastic pellets, salt, sand, seeds, soils, and wood pellets in bags ranging from 4.5 to 100 quarts (5 to 110 liters). The PTK-2700 is a dual-spout version of the PTK-1700. This high-speed open-mouth bagger is the fastest machine available on the market today. The PTH-900 Series Automatic Bag Placer is designed for gusseted and pillow type open-mouth bags. It can handle paper or laminated polywoven bags and accurately package products such as seeds, animal feed, salt, food and fertilizer at up to 20 BPM.

 

The bag placer takes a bag from a stack and opens it using a vacuum blower.  Spacers enter the bag to open the gusset for optimum filling.  The bag is then placed on the spout for the filling process and is finally released onto a closing conveyor.  This automatic bag placer has a modular design, which can be upgraded to a fully automated bagger that reforms the bag, removes it from the spout and carries it into the closing system. Control of the bag top is maintained throughout the process, for optimum reliability.

The DB-200 Series Air Packers are designed to fill valve bags with a wide range of dry granular, pelleted or powdered materials such as millet seeds, carbon black, pellets, fertilizers, urea prills, gypsum, mica, salt, sand, perlite, etc. The material inlet, low pressure air control, exhaust air control, pressure tank, and bottom transition hopper can be configured in different ways to best handle the various products. The DB-200 Series Air Packers are differential pressure fillers. Low pressure air is used to condition the product (by fluidizing, wind conveying, or by combining both methods) and provide the differential pressure necessary to move the product from the hopper to the bag.

The HAT-160 automation system is designed to automatically place bags made from tubular film onto most radial batt packers whose spout’s larger face is in the horizontal axis. This automated system is made up of two different modules: the bag placer and the bag sealer. The bag placer cuts and seals a piece of gusseted tubular film in order to form an individual bag. Each bag is then manipulated by vacuum heads and installed on the ejection spout of the radial baler.
