Premier Tech Makes another acquisition in Europe
Rivière-du-Loup, May 4, 2010 – Premier Tech is pleased to announce that it has acquired all the intellectual properties of its competitor Forberg, a company specialized in insulation fibers whose corporate office is in Larvik, Norway.
The company thus strengthens its position as leader in the field of packaging equipment for the market of insulation products. This transaction allows Premier Tech’s Industrial Equipment Group to increase its commercial offer through technologies well mastered by its European business units.
This acquisition, the sixth for Premier Tech in 16 months, is in line with the company’s structured approach which is aimed at continuously improving its commercial positioning through partnerships and business integrations.
